Because each product is made individually to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. All products are FINAL SALE. We make each item to order so review all item descriptions before purchasing.



REFUND POLICY: No refunds or exchanges are available. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible at ITSAGODIDEA@GMAIL.COM in the email please include your order number and any photos or videos of the items condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Once you have made a purchase ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We process orders very quickly to ensure that your package is received in a timely manner which means we CAN NOT allow refund or cancellations.

We ask that you please review your cart before check out and if it is an error on our part we will be sure to correct it! NO EXCHANGES!

WHAT ARE THE ORDER PROCESSING TIMES?: All orders are processed within 4-7 days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. After your order is shipped USPS shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a tracking number. If you order during a sale please note it may take more than 4-7 days for your order to process. Thank you for your patience!

 

COLOR VARIATION: Color variation of the actual products may vary due to phone or computer monitor resolutions, device capabilities, lighting, color settings and/or photo effects and does not qualify the item as being damaged


INCORRECT ITEMS: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at ITSAGODIDEA@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of receiving delivery. We will work with you to arrange the return of the incorrect item and the receipt of the correct one. To initiate the return process for incorrect items in your email please provide your order number, photos of the incorrect item, and its packaging along with a description of the error.


SHIPPING POLICY: We ship out orders between 4-7 business days after order has been made (Mon- Fri ). USPS usually takes 5-10 business days to get your order delivered to you. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up- to-date shipping information.

 

SHIPPING CARRIER: ALL shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity. Allow up to 5-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays for us to receive, package, and ship your order. Orders within the U.S. should arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping. We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and promptly so it is essential for customers to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information We ask customers to review and verify this information before confirming their order.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER: When you order is filled and shipped you will receive an email update with your tracking information. Once the USPS scans your order it is no longer in our possession and the responsibility of the USPS. If you need your tracking information please send us an email with your order #, name, and address and we will get you your tracking number. Any tracking delay is the responsibility of USPS. If you have received your tracking number and have a shipping question please direct it to USPS who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information as you and only they can further assist you.

 

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY DELAYS: Please note that USPS shipping delays may occur due to various circumstances and are out of our control. During holidays USPS may experience high volumes which reduces transit speeds. USPS does not guarantee delivery date. We have no control of delivery date and no control of delivery time once the package is out of our possession. NO REFUNDS will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier. If you have a problem you may try file a claim with USPS as you paid for shipping.

 

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Our shipping fees are standard and calculated based upon the weight of your items. If your items are returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact the customer to inform them of the situation and provide details regarding the refund of the cost of the item only not the cost of shipping.


RETURNED PACKAGE: If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package. If the customer wishes to correct the address and have the order reshipped the customer must promptly provide payment for these costs. The customer must ensure that the corrected address is accurate. Any additional costs associated with address correction, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.


PACKAGES MARKED RECEIVED/DELIVERED: We are not responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked received/delivered and we can not track your order. USPS assumes full responsibility after packages are scanned. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our office and are delivered to USPS. Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purpose of refunds and cancellations. It is recommended you provide your local post office with the tracking information so they can provide you with more details. Many times these packages arrive next business day for reasons that the USPS can not explain.


DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We generally check items twice but we are human and would be happy to assist.

However if you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately upon delivery of your package. We would like to assist in resolving the issue. Please contact us at ITSAGODIDEA@GMAIL.COM and provide your name, order number, email and clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item and its packaging. Please note items that “do not fit” upon receiving are not considered damaged items and are not eligible for return. Please note we can only fix order within 48 hours of your package being delivered. If you do not contact us within 48 hours we are unable to resolve the issue due to time that has passed.


CLAIMS: You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back if you received your package damaged. Please open your package when it arrives, all claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure arrives in pristine condition. All items are carefully inspected, usually twice prior to shipment. However, we are human and on rare occasions, errors or damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us immediately upon delivery (within 48 hrs)
    2. Email us at itsagodidea@gmail.com with:
        1. Your name
        2. Order number
        3. The email used at checkout
        4. Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.


We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Please note: We cannot address damage related concerns if more than 48 hrs have passed since the delivery date.


Important Notes

      • Items that do not fit are not considered damaged and are not eligible for return or exchange
      • We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling during shipping, but we do take every precaution, our packages are clearly labeled fragile and carefully secured.


Filing a USPS Claim: If your package was damaged during shipping, you may be eligible to file a claim directly with USPS. We encourage you to open your package as soon as it arrives.
